How can I track my order?

Tracking information is only provided if you select the ‘secure international shipping’ option. We highly recommend doing so, to ensure the safe arrival of your order. This costs €5.00, and provides you with a tracking number, so you can monitor the progress of the delivery. If you select ‘standard international shipping’, your order will not be shipped with track & trace.

Additionally, we’ve noticed that secure international shipping is sometimes prioritised by postal services, which may reduce the delivery time.
